Before adding your account to your iPhone or iPad, you will need the following information:
- Email Address
- Email Account Password
- Email Server Information

You can locate this information in one of three ways:
- From the settings on your current iPhone or iPad
- From your Mailbox My Services Page (login to My Services and click "ActiveSync" icon)

How to add your Exchange Account to your iPhone or iPad
Please follow these steps and use your user-specific email server details for your email account setup on your iPhone or iPad.
Exchange email setup for iPhone or iPad
- Open the iPhone or iPad Settings and navigate to Mail.
- Tap Accounts and then Add Account.
- Select Microsoft Exchange as the account type.
- Enter your email address and description in the blank fields.
- You should then receive a popup message. Select Configure Manually.
- Enter your password for the email account and tap Next at the top right of the screen.
- Enter the additional advanced settings exactly as shown in your ActiveSync settings, if and when prompted, that are specific to your institution and to the individual user (these settings will differ per email account). For the User Name, Domain Name, and Server Name, please know that these are case sensitive and need to be input exactly as displayed.
